Ballet Core Fitness is a unique method that combines the beauty of ballet with the intensity of fitness. The program is based on full body training, emphasizing the use of the abdominal area throughout the class. Also, classical ballet steps are explained, in a simple and easy way to follow!
The structure of the method begins with the bar, continues on the floor, center and concludes with stretching. Each exercise is choreographed with music that accompanies the movements!
Yuliet Reina Rodriguez is the founder of this successful business and a professional dancer with more than 30 years of experience in the world of classical ballet. For as long as she can remember, she’s been standing on stage dancing some ballet choreography. This type of dance has always been part of her life and now Yuliet teaches everyone how to enjoy the benefits and the beautiful art of ballet.
“Ballet Core Fitness is innovative, it took me a long time to create the structure of the class, as well as the general idea of how the online platform works. I want my clients to feel that they are with me in a face-to-face class, even from their homes, with all the motivation, energy flowing and all the artistic load. My wish is that all of them feel the same as I felt when I trained professionally in ballet companies, that they reach that climax!”, Yuliet explains.
After the birth of her second child, Yuliet realized that she had been away from the world of ballet for two years. Also, her body had changed a lot after the pregnancies. All of this motivated her to create her own ballet and training classes, with unique structures, and that was how Ballet Core Fitness was born!
“I realized that there was a great need, because many adults wanted to dance ballet but found traditional classes boring. Also, it’s not easy to start ballet from 0. So I created a class structure that everyone could do, it is a progressive method, divided into chapters, where people who don’t know how to dance ballet can go little by little!”, Yuliet adds.
All of Ballet Core Fitness classes were created to tone the body, improve posture, reduce sizes, burn calories and, above all, to have fun and enjoy! Yuliet managed to create a balance between classical ballet technique and functional exercises, so her program can be done by all kinds of people, no matter the age or physical condition.
Yuliet and her business manage to stand out from the crowd because her training structure is unique. The classes combine classical ballet, functional exercises, cardio and stretching. Also, nothing is done randomly! Yuliet has carefully designed each workout to ensure that all her clients get the best results and enjoy the activity. In fact, her main objective is to create art that, at the same time, has a focus on physical work.
“My method has already been tested and its effectiveness has been reaffirmed. It is also very innovative and fun. I have been dancing professional ballet for more than 30 years, which not only qualifies me as a teacher, but also prepares me to protect and prevent injuries to my students”, Yuliet details.
Ballet Core Fitness was created in 2022 and the classes were held in person by Yuliet in a studio. Now, the business also has an online platform that allows anyone to do the training in the comfort of their own home, from anywhere in the world!
Yuliet is stepping into 2023 with big goals and aspirations, as she describes them below:
“My online platform came out recently, and it’s just a little sample of what it will become. I will not stop creating, I have many ideas in my head and I’ll turn them into reality. I want all my subscribers to have lots of tools on the Ballet Core Fitness website, and to enjoy doing the classes as much as I did designing them. Also, I will continue studying in order to always have innovative information. The more I learn, the more I can do!”
